General contractors, construction managers and developers who need to prove every subcontractor and vendor on site is insured, licensed and safe.
Recommended setup
- 1In Settings, set your industry to Construction.
- 2Upload your subcontractor manual or insurance requirements as a Policy and let AI build the checklist.
- 3Create one template per trade risk level (for example, Standard Trades and High-Risk Trades) and publish them.
- 4Add each subcontractor as a client and assign the right template.
- 5Connect Procore or Sage 300 if you use them (see Construction integrations).
